Appearance : Medium crimson red with mulberry hue
Aroma : The glaze cherry and blueberry fruit waft from the glass. Confectionary and spice undertones adds complexity and intrigue.
Flavor : The intense fruit flavors continue through the palate with some complex kirsch liquor, marzipan and plum notes. The tannins are soft, silky and well integrated. The purity of the Grenache grape is highlighted with no oak intrusion, allowing the essence of the fruit to be tasted.
Great for aperitif with intense cheese. Ideal for seasoned white meat and all kind of red meat. Also for desserts with cooked fruits.
