The grape Garganega is left to dry in crates for over one month, then all grapes are crushed. Short enzyme maceration to encourage the extraction of fragrances and high quality natural tannins and separation of the free-run juice. Static cleaning and fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, around 20-22 °C.
Ageing : Approximately the 50% ages for 9 months in light-toasted new oak barrels.
Alcohol content : 13% Vol.

Aroma : Fruity, spicy, complex
Flavor : Full, harmonic and slightly vanilla-flavoured
All-course meals without red meat, antipasti, soups, shellfish and fish entrees; excellent as an aperitif.
