Winemaking Process :
The grapes used to produce this wine come from hand-harvested Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo vines. Grapes are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel truncated cone deposits.
Ageing : 12 months in new French and American oak.

Alcohol content : 13.5 Vol.
Tasting Notes
Appearance : Very intense dark cherry red colour
Aroma : Good fruity intensity, with nuances of cherries, strawberries, licorice and woody notes perfectly integrated in the wine.
Flavor : Good entrance in the mouth; structured wine with balanced acidity and a long finish.
With Food:
Stewed rabbit, Smoked ham hock, Deep-fried beef turnovers and marinated pork ribs.
