Winemaking Process : 

Wine produced with Tempranillo red grapes from low-yield vines planted between 1905 and 1900. Grapes are hand-harvested in 15 kg plastic boxes. 

Ageing : 18 months in new French, Hungarian and American oak 

Technical Details : 

Alcohol content : 13.5 Vol. 

Tasting Notes 

Appearance : Intense cherry color 

Aroma : Good fruity intensity with hints of ripe fruit over a mineral background. Barrel toasted nuances with chocolate, toffee and spicy notes 

Flavor : Very structured wine. A long, intense sensation and finish in the mouth. Powerful taste.

Wine is perfect for hearty dishes, such as long slow cooked stews, or a roast of lamb or pork.
