Winemaking Process : 

Roller crushed The fermentation occurs in little containers of maximum 3000 liters. The temperature, raised to 10°C, stabilizes at 15°C till the end of the process. The mac eration lasts more than 30 days with two remontage per week. 

Ageing : Aged 24 months in oak barrels

Alcohol content : 15% Vol.
